Shipping & Wholesale Shipping Policy

This Shipping & Wholesale Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through Airprolux and wholesale orders arranged directly with Airprolux.
Airprolux is operated by Pulse Living Inc.
1. Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.
For in-stock products, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
2. Wholesale Orders
Airprolux welcomes wholesale orders from retailers, pickleball clubs, teams, businesses, organizations, and brands.
Wholesale Minimum
The minimum wholesale order value is:
$150 per order
Mix & Match Wholesale
Retailers can mix and match different Airprolux pickleball paddle models, colors, and styles within the same wholesale order, provided the order meets the $300 minimum.
This gives retailers flexibility to build a product selection that fits their store and customers.
Wholesale shipping costs are calculated based on order quantity, package size, destination, and shipping method.
For larger wholesale orders, please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order.
3. Custom Pickleball Orders
Airprolux offers custom pickleball paddles for retailers, clubs, teams, businesses, events, and organizations.

Custom Production Time
Custom orders generally require 7–14 business days for production after artwork, specifications, and order details have been confirmed and approved.
Production time does not include shipping transit time.
Changes requested after design approval may affect the production schedule.
4. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Shipping methods and delivery times depend on the destination, order size, package weight, and shipping service selected.
For wholesale and custom orders, shipping arrangements may be quoted separately based on the order requirements.
Any delivery timeframe provided by Airprolux is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Carrier delays, weather, customs processing, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on factors including:
- Shipping destination
- Order quantity
- Package size and weight
- Shipping method
- Wholesale or custom order requirements

6. International Shipping
Airprolux may ship to international destinations depending on product availability and shipping arrangements.
International customers are responsible for any applicable:
- Import duties
- Customs fees
- VAT or other local taxes
- Brokerage or clearance fees
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless specifically stated.
Customs requirements and delivery times vary by country. Airprolux is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local authorities.
7. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has been shipped.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed.
If an order has already shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Additional shipping or carrier fees resulting from an incorrect address may be the customer's responsibility.
9. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the package and products.
If a package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
Resolution may depend on the carrier's investigation and the applicable shipping service.
10. Wholesale Shipping Terms
Wholesale orders may require different shipping arrangements from standard online orders due to larger quantities and package sizes.
For wholesale orders, Airprolux may provide a separate shipping quote based on the order and destination.
Wholesale customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming shipping costs before the order is finalized.
11. Custom Order Shipping
Custom paddle production begins after all artwork, specifications, and order details have been approved.
The 7–14 business day production period begins after final design approval, not when the initial inquiry is received.
Shipping transit time is additional to the production period.
Custom products may not be cancelled or modified after production has started, except where otherwise agreed in writing or in cases involving verified manufacturing errors.
12. Shipping Delays
Airprolux works to ship orders within the stated processing and production timeframes. However, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- Customs inspections
- Holidays
- Transportation disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information
- Unexpected production or supply issues
We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays when we become aware of them.
